submitted by Suzanne K. - |Recommended: YesGood community but needs better maintained apartments — I like the community and very affordable to live here but the apartments are very old and everything breaks.
submitted by Christy W. - |Recommended: YesFoxcroft Review — the apartments are really nice. They have everything you need in them, lots of space.
submitted by Steven B. - |Recommended: YesWish They'd Make These Condo's — The lay-out is spacious and open. Just what I'd be looking for in a house. Very dog friendly. Neighbors are too. I've always said there's something I like about dog people. These are the quietest apartments I've lived in as far as transmitted noise goes. Garages are readily available, close to your apartment, and reasonably priced. If they were longer only 22 ft I'd have a second one for my boat. The staff is friendly and efficient. Maintenance gets right after anything functionally wrong, but not so much for external cosmetic issues. A little more attention to the lawn and a little fresh paint on the decks and this place would be un-beatable.

I run over to the office building to set up an appt to fix it asap, because everything is clogged up with my garbage disposal. Expecting a mechanic to set up an appt for a mechanic to come in the next hour or maybe by tomorrow instead, the man behind the desk says he will come check it out and see if we can get it fixed quick. Once we get back to my place, sure enough, he helps me fix the sink and saves me the time, worry and expense of having a mechanic over. I thank the gentleman as he walks out the door and ask him his name. He happens to be the new boss on the property, Randy, and mentions that problems will be solved much more efficiently moving forward. Adam D

submitted by Jen - |Recommended: Yes2 bed bath, nice amenities — Very quite at night, everyone is friendly, I love the fact we have a stacking washer dryer in the unit, along w dishwasher, lots of space which is nice, we were looking at other apartments in this price range and they didn't have nearly the space this one does. Wood burning fireplace is a plus I work from home so it is nice that the noise level is minimal so I can focus. Overall I would recommend this as a good place to live.

submitted by Roanne A. - |Recommended: YesVery nice, well designed living spaces — I know my neighbors and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The ease of getting to the Oneida St area is a plus. Easy access to 41 and 172 make getting around Green Bay a breeze.
